Membership Benefits

1
Using Our Voice to Advocate for the Concerns of our Neighborhood
Savannah’s local and community leaders respect TSNA’s voice on policy issues. We advocate for actions to preserve the Streetcar Historic District, improve city planning and zoning, address tourism concerns, champion public safety, calm traffic, regulate large scale development, protect the environment, reduce noise, address parking concerns and much more. Our Membersship drives TSNA positions in policy committees and regularly appear before the City Council, the Historic Review Board, the Metropolitan Planning Commission, and other authorities.
2
Enhancing the Quality of Life for Our Community
TSNA works hard to enhance and maintain quality of life in the Thomas Square Streetcar Historic District by working closely with city and tourism leaders on matters impacting residents. The aim of all of our initiatives is to make our neighborhood an exceptional place to work, live, and visit. We routinely sponsor special events for our residents from community service events, like our monthly litter clean-ups, to social events like our popular outdoor "movie in Thomas Square Park," we are always working hard for our members!
3
Keeping Our Members Informed and Connected
The TSNA works hard to communicate regularly with our members no matter what method you utilize. We publish regular newsletters, engage with our membership on social media through Facebook and Instagram, and also through our website which features a members only section with links, video recordings of our meetings, and a private members forum. We also strive to keep our members connected online through our membership directory which allows our members yet another avenue to network and get to know one another.
